Egypt: 200 killed as security forces opened fire on deposed President Morsi supporters in Cairo.

"They are not shooting to wound, they are shooting to kill," Gehad El-Haddad said regarding the security forces opening fire on pro-Mosri protestors. "The bullet wounds are in the head and chest."
